AbbVie is a research-based biopharmaceutical company. In the UK it runs commercial teams in sales, marketing, market access and customer excellence, with a focus on areas such as immunology, oncology and neuroscience, plus a separate Allergan Aesthetics business.
AbbVie says its aim is to "discover and deliver innovative medicines and solutions that solve serious health issues today" and to address future medical challenges.
UK listings name Maidenhead in Berkshire as the base for the therapeutics pathway, and Marlow in Buckinghamshire for aesthetics. Sales rotations can need travel or relocation across the UK.
We did not find independent culture information. The programme is run in partnership with a recruitment firm, SRG, and staff are employed through SRG on a fixed-term contract, which is worth asking about at application.
The UK Early Talent Programme is open to graduates of any degree subject, or equivalent experience, and asks for a full UK driving licence and UK right to work. Programme details differ between listings: a 2025/26 listing described a three-year fixed term with roughly annual rotations, while a later listing for a September 2027 start described two years.
