The marketing and customer experience arm of Accenture in the UK, which includes the former agency Karmarama and the creative agency Droga5 in London.
Accenture Song is the part of the consulting and technology company Accenture that works on advertising, brand, design and customer experience. In the UK it includes creative agency work from Karmarama and the Droga5 agency, both now part of Accenture. Song combines creative ideas with technology, data and consulting so that brands can improve how they work with customers. A Campaign interview headline names Ndidi Oteh as Song's chief executive, and a trade report estimates its group-wide scale as one of the biggest in advertising.
Karmarama's registered UK entity is Accenture Song Brand UK Ltd, based at Farringdon Place, London EC1M. Its description says it combines Karmarama's creative and strategic innovation with consulting and technology expertise to improve client performance, with "human insight at the heart". It also notes Karmarama is home to Good Works, and published research called Brand Nirvana on closing the human experience gap.
In April 2025 trade press reported that Accenture Song's UK agency business had been brought under Droga5, forming an agency of around 170 people, led by Droga5's chief executive Bill Scott. The same report said Song had won a large telecoms media account. These details are from one article and structures change quickly, so check current information. That article names Mark Green as global chief executive and Tara Green as chief creative officer in London. Accenture's chief executive Julie Sweet noted the media win on an earnings call, a first for Song. Accenture reportedly bought Droga5 from the talent agency WME in 2019, and the London agency was previously known for Karmarama, so many staff may have joined under either name.
Because Song sits inside a very large consultancy, creative staff there work alongside technologists and consultants on client projects. We did not find detailed culture information on the pages we read, so consider this a gap and talk to current employees. What the sources do say is that the agency's pitch is to pair Karmarama's creative and strategic thinking with Accenture's analytics, technology and large-scale transformation experience, so projects can run from a first idea through to a built digital service.
Jobs include creative and design roles, copywriters, strategists, experience designers, producers, account management, data and technology specialists. If you like both ideas and technology, this mix is worth exploring. Entry routes are not covered here, so check Accenture and Droga5 pages directly.
