A London health-tech company whose messaging and workflow tools help NHS staff communicate with patients, used by most GP practices.
Accurx makes communication software for the NHS. It began as a way for GPs to text patients and has grown into a wider toolkit for conversations with and about patients.
A job listing says its mission is to "solve healthcare productivity" and fix healthcare communication, as part of a Tech for Good movement. We did not find a longer mission statement on its own site.
Accurx is based in Shoreditch, London. The listing describes a hybrid, office-first role with staff in the office three days a week. The listing says its tools are used by 98% of GP practices, which is the company's own claim.
The same listing describes a dog-friendly office, 28 days of holiday plus bank holidays, up to four weeks a year working from anywhere, enhanced parental leave and free meals and snacks. These are the company's own claims, so ask about them at interview.
The one entry-level style role we saw was a customer support specialist, which asked for experience in customer service, a helpdesk, a contact centre or a clinical frontline job, and offered progression into other areas. The listing was marked closed and more than six months old, so we cannot confirm current openings. We found no graduate scheme or internship.
