About adam&eve\TBWA

adam&eve\TBWA is a London creative agency. It plans and makes advertising, brand design, social content, digital work and film for clients. Recent work listed on its site includes Twix, LEGOLAND, Columbia Sportswear and the mental health charity CALM. Named campaigns include Columbia's Expedition Impossible, Twix's Double Act and Harmoniser, LEGOLAND's Calling All Heroes and CALM's Missed Birthdays. A directory profile also lists Disney as a client. A directory also lists brand strategy, customer experience, performance marketing and data and insights among its services.

The agency describes itself as "a creative company that puts feeling first", and a directory profile says it believes emotional connections are what build brand preference and loyalty. It was founded in 2008 and traded for years as adam&eveDDB. In December 2025, after Omnicom took over Interpublic and retired the DDB name, Campaign reported that the agency would merge with TBWA\London and take on the name adam&eve\TBWA. Its website still carries both names in places.

The agency is based at 16 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7EG. Campaign reported 461 staff at adam&eveDDB and 120 at TBWA\London at the end of 2024, and a directory lists 250 to 499 employees, so the true post-merger size is unclear. Miranda Hipwell, chief executive since 2023, was named to run the combined agency and to report to Erin Riley, chief executive of TBWA\Worldwide. The merger also brings in MullenLowe Global, which serves international clients such as Unilever, while MullenLowe UK's local business was reported to go to AMV BBDO.

Its website links gender pay gap reports from 2021 to 2025, a code of conduct, a Modern Slavery Act statement and a Carbon Reduction Plan, which shows it publishes how it runs as a business. A recent news item introduces its executive creative directors. The site also shows logos from the IPA, Campaign and Cannes and a news item on its IPA Shortlists 2026, so awards and effectiveness are part of how it presents itself. We did not find a longer statement of its culture from the agency itself.

As a full-service creative agency it employs creatives, strategists, account managers, producers, designers, social and digital specialists, and data and insights people. The mix of roles is typical for a large London agency, and the merger means teams from two agencies are being combined, so it is worth checking the current structure on the agency's site.
