A London-headquartered mobile advertising company that uses AI and creative tools to make interactive brand adverts.
Adludio is a mobile advertising company. It makes interactive adverts for phones, using effects such as 3D, motion and augmented reality, and it uses AI and its own creative tools to design and run them for brands and agencies. Its current description is a global advertising scale-up focused on mobile brand advertising, promising outcomes brands can measure.
A careers-guide profile lists Adludio's values as creativity, teamwork, trust and openness, resilience and ambition. It says the company wants to keep a start-up culture as it grows, where everyone can contribute ideas. We did not find a separate mission statement on the pages we read, so the values are the best guide to how the company describes itself.
Adludio is headquartered in London and also has offices in New York, Los Angeles, Paris, Hong Kong, Taipei and Singapore, plus staff working remotely in other countries. The same profile lists around 200 employees. An earlier company page from 2018 says it started in 2014 as Future Ad, then became Adludio in 2015 under chief executive and co-founder Paul Coggins. A directory gives the founding year as 2015, so sources differ.
That older page describes its products: sensory ad units that use phone motion and touch, a fast-loading technology called Cyan, a managed service for brands, and a self-serve platform called Adludio Direct. These are dated 2018 and may have changed. Other items on the 2018 page include targeted units that change with location, time of day or weather, and partnerships with R/GA and Snap. In 2017 it opened in the United States, Singapore and Paris. Reported clients include Nike, Microsoft, Chanel and LVMH. It won Best Mobile Campaign at The Drum APAC Awards in 2018, and has been named to The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 Ones to Watch and the Deloitte Fast 50.
Roles at Adludio span creative design, development, sales, account management, campaign operations and marketing, as the 2018 page shows creative studio and sales teams. If you like design, storytelling and technology, it is an example of how advertising is changing. The pages we read did not give the UK headcount. Its profile adds that the company is made up of people working in offices and remotely across 17 countries, and it was ranked in the Deloitte Fast 50 for a second year.
