We did not find a formal mission statement for All3Media on the pages we read. The picture that emerges is of a group that lets each production company keep its own creative identity, while sharing resources for international sales and growth through All3Media International.
The group was founded as All3Media in 2003 after a management buyout led by Steve Morrison, David Liddiment, Jules Burns and John Pfeil. It grew out of Chrysalis's television business, and in the UK includes Lime Pictures (Hollyoaks), based on the former Mersey Television, and Maverick Television in Birmingham. It also has Scottish operations through Lion's Scottish division. In 2025 it added Seamonster TV, a format-development label. Wikipedia lists a wide range of shows linked to the group, including Gogglebox, The Traitors, Midsomer Murders, Fleabag, Peep Show and Undercover Boss.
Studio Lambert, one of its labels, is a London-based company known for formats such as Gogglebox and The Traitors. Wikipedia says that in July 2026 All3Media merged with Banijay Entertainment, with the All3Media brand kept on production divisions, so the group is in a period of change. Jane Turton was its chief executive before the merger.
A production group employs people in development, producing, directing, research, editing, post-production, finance, legal, business affairs, sales and marketing. Each label has its own team and tone, so reading the credits of shows you enjoy is a good way to find the labels you would like to learn about. All3Media's own website lists its production companies and where they are based.
