The London team of private equity firm Apax Partners; its London office is confirmed but we found no UK internship or graduate route, only US-based early-career events and internships.

About Apax Partners UK

Apax Partners is a private equity firm. It says it has spent over 50 years working with management teams to build and strengthen companies, combining hands-on operating experience, sector knowledge and a global view. Its investment teams focus on sectors such as services, technology and digital.

Apax does not state a formal mission. Its culture page lists four values: "We choose right over easy", "We succeed as one global team", "We have impact through insight and tenacity" and "We learn, adapt and grow". Its careers page also names integrity, inclusion, collaboration, entrepreneurialism and continuous learning.

Apax lists London among eight offices, alongside Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Munich, New York, Shanghai and Tel Aviv. Its website team directory includes London-based staff, for example an Analyst in the Digital team who says he is based in London. We did not find a street address on the pages we could read.

Apax's careers page says "We like to grow our own teams, and we do that by investing in talent early" and that most of the current investment team joined at Associate level. That is the firm's own statement. When we looked, the page said there were no open opportunities.

The early-career postings we found were all for the US. A Summer Analyst Intern posting (8 weeks, for penultimate-year undergraduates, with no location given) appeared to be from an earlier year. A 2025 Summer Analyst role was for New York, 10 weeks. A June "Early Career Insights" event was also in New York. We found no UK internship, graduate scheme or analyst programme for Apax, so check apax.com for current London openings.
