Attest

A London-founded consumer research platform that lets brands survey real people quickly to understand what customers think and want.

About Attest

Attest is a consumer insights platform for brands that sell to the public. It lets teams ask questions to large groups of people and get answers back quickly, rather than waiting weeks for a traditional research agency. Its products include tools for brand tracking, campaign tracking, concept and creative testing, category research and consumer profiling, plus AI-led one-to-one interviews. Its site says brands such as Netflix, Uniqlo, Reddit, Nestle and Huel use it.

Attest says its mission is to make understanding consumers a continuous, shared ability inside a company, so that what a team learns builds up over time instead of sitting in one-off reports. Its values are being outcome focused, embracing the future (including AI-driven change in research), and winning together, which it describes as valuing collaboration and every voice. Attest's site also lists named products called Compass, Data Quality and Attest Measure, which are part of how it checks answers are from real, engaged respondents and tracks brands over time.

Jeremy King founded Attest in 2015 in East London, frustrated that market research was too slow, too expensive and too separate from day-to-day decisions. The company still has its London office at 25 Worship Street, and it also has an office in New York. Todd Latham became chief executive in 2024, and King stays on the board. The company has been named in lists such as the Financial Times FT 1000 of fast-growing European companies and the G2 Top 50 UK Companies in 2024.

Attest says it started as a five-person start-up and describes its people as researchers, product builders and problem solvers. Its site names teams in Insights, Marketing, Brand and Product, and leadership roles in finance, technology and sales. We did not find a current headcount on the page we read. Job-board adverts for Attest include a demand generation manager and a principal product manager, which shows the mix of marketing, product and research work on offer. Its case studies cover customers such as Reddit, U.S. Cotton, Bugaboo and Trustpilot, and it appeared in the 2024 FLEXA100 and MarTech 50 lists according to its own site.

Because Attest sells research to marketers, many of its staff work close to the world of advertising and brand, running surveys, analysing results and helping customers turn numbers into stories. That makes it a useful company to look at if you enjoy data, psychology and understanding why people choose one brand over another.
