About Birdie

Birdie provides software for home care agencies. Its platform covers care planning, rostering, medication records, finance, analytics and a family app, plus an AI-assisted assessment tool launched in June 2026.

We did not find a formal mission statement in the pages we read. It has been B Corp certified since August 2019, which means it has been assessed on its social and environmental impact.

Birdie is headquartered in London and was founded in 2017 by Max Parmentier, Abeed Mohamed, Rajiv Tanna and Gwen Lecalvez. Its about page (as at September 2026) says it has more than 120 employees.

We did not find a culture description beyond the B Corp status. It also runs Flock, a community with events and learning for care professionals.
