The UK arm of global investment firm BlackRock, with graduate and analyst programmes in London.
BlackRock is a global investment firm that looks after money for clients including individuals, pension schemes and companies. In its graduate programme, people work in areas such as client business (working with clients and funds) and global product solutions (designing and launching investment products), using BlackRock's Aladdin technology platform.
The listing we read has no formal mission statement. It describes BlackRock as "a global investment firm, trusted to manage more assets than any other" and asks "Are you ready for work that moves you?" We did not find a separate mission for the UK business.
The graduate programme we found is based in London. A third-party list of 2027 graduate schemes also shows a BlackRock Full-Time Analyst Program for EMEA in London. We did not confirm other UK offices.
The listing says BlackRock wants people who are "smart, curious" and "ready to learn, grow", and describes mentoring, rotational training, Employee Resource Groups and hybrid working. These are the company's own claims, and some benefits listed (such as a 401(k)) appear to be US-style, so check the UK package.
The 2026 Client and Product Graduate Rotational Programme for EMEA lasts about two and a half years across rotations in Europe and internationally. It was open to any degree subject for people graduating by July 2026, with a pre-interview online assessment, and the deadline was 24 October 2025. A separate Full-Time Analyst Program exists for 2027. We did not find pay, apprenticeship or internship details.
