The UK arm of US medical device company Boston Scientific, based in Hemel Hempstead, with graduate roles in areas such as market access and clinical support.
Boston Scientific develops and sells medical devices and therapies for conditions of the heart, lungs, digestive system, nervous system and urinary tract. In the UK its teams cover market access, health economics, marketing and clinical specialist work with hospitals.
A UK graduate listing describes the company as one that "transforms lives through innovative medical technologies that improve the health of patients around the world." It also says it values diversity, innovation, caring, global collaboration, a winning spirit and high performance. These are the company's own words.
The UK graduate roles we found are based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, on a hybrid pattern with some travel in the UK. We did not find any other UK sites.
The listing promises structured onboarding, coaching, mentoring and regular feedback in an "inclusive, collaborative and purpose-driven culture". That is the employer's claim, so ask graduates what it is really like.
The graduate roles are 12-month contracts. A health economics and market access graduate role for an October 2026 start asked for a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in health economics or life sciences, and closed on 17 September 2026. Search results also show graduate roles in marketing and field clinical specialist work. Pay was not stated, and we did not find apprenticeships or placements (evidence as at 2026).
