About Bray Leino

Bray Leino is a UK marketing agency that plans and produces campaigns for brands. Its services include strategy, creative work, digital, media, social media, customer relationship marketing, data, activation and production. It works for both consumer and business-to-business clients and is known particularly for B2B marketing.

The agency was established in 1976, according to the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA), and describes itself in a playful way: "We live in a big house in a field in Devon." It says it likes to challenge expectations and aims to "delve deeper, work harder and create more", with the promise of "whatever it takes". Those are its own words and show a hands-on, friendly style.

Its head office is at The Old Rectory in Filleigh, Devon, and the IPA lists further offices in Bristol and London, with overseas offices in Singapore, Shanghai and Chicago. The IPA gives 375 employees. It is part of the MISSION Group, which the IPA says has 13 agencies and over 950 people. In September 2026 it merged with sister agency krow Group under the Bray Leino name, led by chief executive Kate Cox, creating a team of more than 300 specialists.

The agency has worked with food and drink names such as Philadelphia, Mondelez, Bonne Maman and Thatchers, with healthcare brands such as Olbas and Hedrin, and with B2B clients including Visa, Siemens, BP and Castrol. In 2026 it launched GlobalAgility, a B2B proposition built with six independent agencies around the world. A B2B Marketing report in 2026 named it the fastest grower by gross income increase among 68 UK B2B agencies.

People in agencies like this work as account managers, strategists, designers, copywriters, digital and social specialists, media planners, data analysts and project managers. Working in Devon or Bristol as well as London means you can build an agency career outside the capital. The IPA page also says its clients stay about twice as long as the industry average and lists a leadership team spanning strategy, activation, digital, media, operations and creative, which gives a sense of the kinds of departments inside the agency. GlobalAgility is led by Alex Wares, a former agency managing director, and gives access to more than 850 B2B specialists across Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia-Pacific. It was developed with clients including Olam Food Ingredients, Croda and Cummins. The IPA page also lists CPD Platinum and Effectiveness Awards accreditations.
