A 2026 UK graduate listing was based in Glasgow, in the EMEA Capital Markets Operations team. Other UK listings appear for London and Bristol, but we did not confirm office addresses or UK headcount.
These culture statements are the company's own claims. A graduate listing also says AI tools may support application review, with humans reviewing all employment decisions.
The Glasgow Graduate Associate role (applications closed 27 July 2026) asked for a degree in finance, economics, business or a related subject, interest in financial markets and Excel skills. Financial services internships were helpful but not required. Broadridge ran earlier UK graduate roles too, such as 2022. Check its careers page for the next intake.
