CENTURY Tech

A London edtech company that makes an AI-based learning platform giving each pupil personalised work and giving teachers data on how they are doing.

About CENTURY Tech

CENTURY Tech makes a teaching and learning platform for schools, colleges and universities. It uses artificial intelligence to build personalised learning paths for each student and gives teachers data on how their class is doing.

Its stated aim is to "provide every teacher and learner with intelligent tools that help them succeed". It also says the platform can cut teacher workload.

CENTURY is based in Fitzrovia, central London (15 Alfred Place). It says it is used in over 45 countries. Job and company listings give its size as 92 employees on one site and 101 to 200 on another, and one says it was founded in 2013.

One listing says staff get an extra day off on their birthday and the office usually closes between Christmas and New Year, with hybrid working and some fully remote teams. Review sites give mixed scores (about 3.2 out of 5 on Glassdoor), so ask about day-to-day life in interviews.

We did not find a graduate scheme, apprenticeship or work experience programme. The roles we saw advertised were for experienced engineers, designers and product leaders, plus a junior to mid data analyst. Check the careers page for current openings.
