A Manchester-based womenswear brand, trading since 2007, that sells occasion dresses, jumpsuits, maternity and bridal wear online to the UK and overseas.
Club L London is a womenswear brand best known for occasion and evening wear. Its range covers dresses, jumpsuits, co-ords, maternity, bridal, swimwear, tailoring and modest wear, and it says it launches new collections every week. It sells direct to customers through its own websites, with separate versions for the UK, Ireland, France, the US, Canada and the UAE, so a single design team in the UK serves shoppers on several continents. In 2024 and 2025 it appeared on The Sunday Times Hundred list of Britain's fastest-growing private companies.
The brand's own words are that it delivers "accessible luxury and high-quality, unique pieces" that "flatter every figure" for modern, forward-thinking women. It says it has operated since 2007, though a 2024 FashionUnited interview with founder Katie Randev describes the label launching in 2018 as a wholesale supplier to retailers including Asos, Topshop and Zalando, before growing into a direct-to-consumer brand. We have not been able to reconcile the two dates, so treat the history as approximate. Ms Randev grew up in the retail trade and, according to that interview, knows supply chains and business development well. The company states its values as premium quality, unique designs, unrivalled fit and accessible luxury.
Club L London is a UK company, and The Sunday Times Hundred 2025 places it in Manchester. In the 2024 interview Ms Randev said the company planned a new headquarters in Manchester designed to encourage creativity and collaboration, along with a new distribution centre. The brand does not appear to run shops. Its business is online, so most of the work happens in offices and warehouses rather than on a high street.
On culture, the company describes a people-first, merit-based environment that encourages collaboration, open communication and innovation, and says it supports emerging talent. It also states that women hold 71% of senior leadership roles in marketing, creative, customer service and design. Those are the company's own claims and we have not checked them. The 2024 interview said its employee numbers had nearly doubled in two years and that a new chief financial officer had been appointed, which suggests a business that is growing quickly.
A fast-growing online fashion brand needs many kinds of people: designers and garment technologists, buyers and merchandisers who plan what is made and in what quantity, photographers and social media creators, marketing and partnerships specialists, customer service teams, and warehouse, finance and data staff. If you enjoy fashion, spreadsheets, storytelling or problem solving, there is a role in a business like this. The company runs its own careers site, which is the place to look for current openings.
