About Cognita

Cognita is a global education organisation. Its website says it operates over 100 schools across 21 countries, and describes helping schools, teachers, colleagues and students focus on what they do best.

We did not find a formal mission statement. The site's shared purpose and footer tagline is "to thrive in a rapidly evolving world".

The page we read lists a London head office at 41-42 Eastcastle Street, W1W 8DY. It does not say how many of its schools are in the UK, although the search results showed UK school sites and UK job listings under the Cognita name.

Four themes appear in how it describes working there: making meaningful change every day, learning through new challenges with a growth mindset, being part of a supportive community, and championing progress in education. It talks about diversity, autonomy, challenge, and moving up or sideways in a career.

We did not find a graduate scheme, apprenticeship or work experience programme on the page we read. It links to Work with Us, Professional Development and Career Stories pages, so check the careers site for current entry-level roles.
