A Belfast company that makes a wireless EEG headset so brain health can be measured in studies, including at patients' homes.
Cumulus Neuroscience is a Belfast health technology company. Its flagship product is an EEG headset that scans and analyses brain function, assessing things like memory, mood and language. Patients can wear it at home while doing tablet-based tests, and it helps medicine developers run studies on brain conditions.
We did not find a formal mission statement. Founder and chief scientific officer Dr Brian Murphy has said the work will "bring hope to millions of patients and families", and the company says it is "reshaping the landscape of clinical trials". Chief executive Tina Sampath has pointed to a "substantial unmet need today in neuroscience clinical studies".
Cumulus is based in Belfast, with a secondary office in Dublin, according to a July 2025 report that put its team at 31 people.
We found no culture or values statements beyond the points above. The same report says new money was planned for hiring sales and marketing staff.
We found no graduate scheme, internship or apprenticeship details. Check Cumulus's own careers page, and look at software, hardware, data and clinical-science roles if you want to work in brain-tech.
