About CVC UK

CVC is a global private equity and investment firm. Its London teams work with investment professionals who find, assess and support companies that CVC invests in.

We did not find a mission statement on the pages we read. CVC describes an "ongoing commitment to helping children and young people" in the communities where it and its portfolio companies operate, and it supports charity partners such as IntoUniversity.

CVC's London offices hosted a week of work experience in September 2022. In March 2023 its London office also hosted Oxford University students from the Oxford Seed Fund. CVC says it has a network of 30 local offices.

We did not find independent culture information. In 2022 one student said the week "gave me more encouragement for a career in private equity"; the quote is published by CVC.

The only early-careers route we confirmed is a one-week work experience programme for 12 students from 11 UK universities, arranged with IntoUniversity in September 2022. Students did case studies on Alphabet, Meta and Amazon and presented to a mock investment committee including senior CVC investment professionals. We did not find a graduate scheme, internship, apprenticeship, pay or current dates, so check CVC's careers site. Evidence is from 2022 and 2023.
