A Cambridge company whose AI software maps a patient's blood vessels to guide surgeons during keyhole vessel repairs.
Cydar Medical makes software to support minimally invasive, image-guided surgery on blood vessels. Its main product, Cydar Maps, uses AI for planning before an operation, guidance during it and review afterwards.
We did not find a formal mission statement. Its website is titled "Transforming Minimally Invasive Image Guided Surgery", and a December 2025 news item calls it a leader in AI-driven surgical intelligence (company claim).
Cydar is described as a Cambridge, UK-based health technology company and is registered in England and Wales. NHS trusts in Leeds, Brighton and Sussex and Frimley joined its ARIA study in 2023. In December 2025 it announced a deployment at a US hospital.
We did not find culture or values statements or staff numbers.
The website footer links to a careers section, but we found no job listings, graduate scheme or apprenticeship details. Software, imaging and clinical-support skills fit this type of company, so check Cydar's careers page.
