DAZN is a sports streaming service. Subscribers watch live and on-demand sport on the app, and the company also runs sports media brands such as Goal. A Prolific North profile describes its aim as being a "one-stop shop for everything a sports fan wants", including live and on-demand content, analysis, highlights, merchandise and ticketing. Wikipedia lists its rights as including boxing (such as Matchroom fights), football in several countries, NFL Game Pass internationally, NHL.tv and the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup. It succeeded TNT Sports as a UK boxing broadcaster with Queensberry Promotions in 2024 and launched a DAZN 1 channel on Sky in 2023.

We did not find a formal mission statement beyond the "ultimate destination for sports fans" aim that Prolific North reports.

The Leeds operation sits at White Rose Office Park in a 40,000 sq ft purpose-built office with space for up to 350 people, according to Broadcast. Prolific North reports nearly 300 staff in Leeds, where the main broadcast operations centre is located. DAZN's Leeds careers page says the site hosts DAZN Media (including the broadcast production facility), Programming and the People team. At the time of the move, Broadcast reported that editorial, product and design teams would be among the first in and that the company had hired more than 750 UK roles in the past year, though the article is undated.
The Leeds careers page describes a social, family-friendly workplace, with five-a-side football, basketball, drinks and an on-site nursery, and a bright, open space. It calls Leeds "one of our greatest success stories", having grown from a small group. These are the company's own claims. The page presents Leeds as a young digital hub close to the Yorkshire countryside, with bars, restaurants and national parks nearby.
