A UK digital transformation and operational change consultancy with a London office and a graduate analyst role.
Enfuse Group is a UK digital transformation consultancy. In plain English, it helps organisations change how they work, using better processes, data and technology so that customers and staff get a smoother experience. Its work spans technology-enabled change, organisation design, product and project delivery, agile working, analytics and AI. Its core sectors are retail, hospitality, travel and transport, and higher education.
Enfuse is UK-headquartered with a London office, and staff also work at client sites one to three days a week or from home. We did not find its founding year or founders in the sources we read. Named people on its pages include Abbe Bigelow (chief operating and chief financial officer), Alex Mosley (principal, retail and hospitality) and James Alexander (principal consultant, higher education). A job listing says it has more than 60 consultants.
The firm says it helps organisations make transformation work by combining human and artificial intelligence. Its stated values are being human, candid, relevant and creative. It is a certified B Corporation, which means it has met independent standards on social and environmental performance and openness. A job page says purpose and performance go hand in hand and describes “a culture where people love to work”. These are the company's own claims.
Clients named on a job page include McDonald's, Transport for London, Royal Mail and Pizza Express. Its services include digital transformation, process improvement, and data and operational intelligence (using data to see where operations can improve), plus operating model design. It also uses trusted associates and technology partners in its delivery model. The Financial Times has listed it among the UK's leading management consultancies, and it was in the FT1000 list of Europe's fastest-growing companies in 2025; its founder says it has been recognised by the FT five years running.
For working there, the graduate listing says diversity, equity and inclusion are “core values at Enfuse” and describes a “people-first culture”. Perks listed include team meet-ups, social events, private medical cover, a pension and 25 days of holiday (the firm's own claims). The Graduate Analyst (September 2026 intake) role pairs you with a coach and mentor and asks for a recent or future graduate with structured thinking and an interest in consulting. The listing gave conflicting degree requirements, so check with Enfuse. The interview has three stages including a case study (a business problem you work through and present). Job pages say team members get a say in how the company is run and grown. We did not find a published salary.
