Enreach UK

The UK arm of Enreach, a European cloud communications group, built from Network Telecom (founded 1997) and Pace Telecom of Wrexham, selling business phone and cloud services direct to UK companies.

About Enreach UK

Enreach UK sells cloud communications to UK businesses. Its portfolio includes cloud phone systems (cloud PBX), contact centre as a service, AI chat, business broadband, mobile and flexible IT services, and it helps firms move from old on-site phone systems to the cloud. Enreach, the parent, is a European provider of unified communications as a service, which means calls, meetings and messaging delivered over the internet. In the UK it sells direct to businesses rather than only through resellers.

Enreach UK was created in 2021 when Enreach renamed Network Telecom, a UK business established in 1997 that provided hosted voice, lines and calls, connectivity, mobile and IT services and said it had served more than 5,000 UK businesses. A month later Enreach also bought Pace Telecom, a Wrexham-based telephony, mobile and broadband provider founded in 1993 with about 1,000 customers. We did not find a formal mission statement. The stated aim is to be a one-stop communications provider offering personal service, expertise, product choice and stability, and its chief executive, Duncan Ward, said businesses "are looking for the personal touch".

For UK presence, the trade articles we read name Wrexham in North Wales as the base of Pace Telecom, which was being folded into the Enreach brand. They do not say where the rest of Enreach UK is based, and they give no staff total. A separate trade headline says Enreach brought its Voiceworks product to the UK, but we did not read it. Because everything we found is from 2021, current UK locations and headcount are unconfirmed.

On culture, the sources are limited to quotes. Jamie Hughes, then head of Pace Telecom, said Pace had spent almost 30 years "helping our customers to become more flexible and efficient", and Duncan Ward said the purchase would help Enreach improve its products, services and overall customer experience. Enreach UK says it offers dedicated account managers and 24/7 technical support from engineers and customer service staff. These are company claims from news coverage, and we did not find staff stories.

A business communications provider has many kinds of work. Telecoms and network engineers design and fix voice and data services, and support engineers answer customers day and night. Account managers and sales teams look after business customers, while product managers choose which services to offer. Finance, legal, marketing and people teams keep the business running. If you enjoy technology and helping others use it, or enjoy building relationships with customers, those skills fit here.
