Equal Experts is a technology consultancy. Its services cover software engineering, data, AI, product, platforms and technology strategy. It says it has delivered digital products for more than 200 large companies.

Its stated aim is "solving complex business problems through technology". It says its values give its network autonomy to make decisions in customers' best interests, and it uses a Team Charter to set out how teams work with customers.

Equal Experts was founded in London in 2007 and has a UK contact page. The page we read did not list office addresses. It also has teams in other countries.

The company says it is owned by a Trust that includes employees, associate consultants and customers, and that 90% of its people have more than 10 years' experience. It also cites a Glassdoor ranking in the UK top 10 best places to work for three years running. These are its own claims.

The About page does not describe a graduate scheme. It shows a partner logo for Northcoders, a coding bootcamp, but we found no sourced early-careers route. Because its people are mostly very experienced, expect to build skills first, perhaps through a bootcamp or apprenticeship elsewhere.
