About Equinor UK

Equinor is an energy company working in oil and gas, offshore wind, carbon capture and storage, and hydrogen. In the UK it supplies electricity, natural gas and oil, operates the Dudgeon and Sheringham Shoal offshore wind farms, and is building Dogger Bank with partners.

Equinor describes its 25,000 staff as "united by a common ambition to make energy more sustainable". It looks for people motivated by the energy transition who care about safety and are curious and analytical.

A UK supply-chain directory lists the UK office at 1 Kingdom Street, London, and says Equinor has over 650 people in the UK out of 22,000 globally and has operated in the UK for nearly 40 years. It also mentions Hywind Scotland off Peterhead.

Equinor describes its values as "open, collaborative, courageous and caring" and highlights a zero-harm safety culture. New graduates get a buddy and a mentor from day one. These are Equinor's own claims.

The Equinor UK Graduate Programme 2027 in Market Analysis and Trading was based in London, lasted two years with rotations of three to twelve months, and asked for a master's degree or PhD with a good academic record and no more than two years of full-time work experience. Competitive pay was mentioned, with no figure. The deadline was 27 August 2026 and has passed. Equinor UK said it could not guarantee Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. We did not find a UK apprenticeship.
