FDM Group is a business and technology consultancy that began in Brighton, UK. It says its headline is 'Powering the people behind tech and innovation'.

Its model is to recruit people, train them, and place them with client companies. Its graduate programme includes a skills lab, coaching and mentoring and industry-recognised training, and trainees then work on assignments for global companies.
