It says it moves "money and information in a way that moves the world". The pages we read did not include a mission statement or a list of values.

Its UK graduate and internship listings are based in Basildon, Essex. We did not find a UK headcount or a full list of UK offices.

The internship listing says interns get sessions with senior leaders, volunteering chances and social events. This comes from the job advert, so ask about it at interview.

For the 2026 summer, Fiserv advertised a 10-week paid internship in Basildon for students finishing a degree in 2027, aiming for a 2:1 or above, open to all degree subjects. The listed pay was £24,000 (a yearly equivalent). Applications closed on 27 February 2026. A 2022 listing showed a two-year graduate programme with two one-year assignments in finance, sales, credit risk and product and marketing; that is dated, so check current schemes.
