The data and research arm of the Fitch Group, with a London graduate programme analysing country risk and industries.
Fitch Solutions is part of the Fitch Group, a financial information business. We did not confirm its exact products from its own pages, but its London graduate programme trains people to become analysts in a Country Risk and Industry Research team (called BMI).
We did not find a formal mission statement on the pages we read. The Fitch Group early-talent page describes an 'inclusive culture that values diversity and innovation'.
London is the UK location named for the graduate programme, and a September 2026 London analyst role at the group's CreditSights business was also advertised. We did not find a UK headcount.
The early-talent page emphasises collaboration, inclusion and mentorship. It lists several group programmes, including a 12-month technology rotation, a commercial associate programme and a Scholars programme: an extended university-year internship for high-performing students from underrepresented social and economic backgrounds. Only the London analyst programme was shown with a UK location, so check which others recruit in the UK.
The hiring process described is an application, phone or video interviews, then in-person discussions, with assessments or case studies for some. Requirements and pay are not given; the September 2026 CreditSights posting says it has been filled. Check careers.fitch.group for the next intake.
