The UK arm of Forvis Mazars, an international audit, tax and advisory network. In 2026 it welcomed 268 trainees across the UK, including a record 93 school leavers.
Forvis Mazars in the UK is a firm of accountants and advisers. It checks company accounts (audit), prepares accounts and financial reports (accountancy), gives business and consulting advice (advisory) and handles tax. Its clients range from privately owned businesses to companies listed on the London Stock Exchange, and it also has a private client team that helps individuals manage and plan their personal wealth. The UK firm describes itself as international, integrated and independent.
The network began with Mazars, formed in Rouen, France, in 1945 by Robert Mazars. In 2023 the US firm Forvis acquired Mazars' US operations, and from June 2024 the two began operating internationally as Forvis Mazars. The global group has headquarters in Paris and Springfield, Missouri, and Wikipedia reports a combined workforce of over 40,000. In the UK the firm trades as Forvis Mazars LLP and its London office is at 30 Old Bailey, EC4M 7AU. Its London page says the office has over 1,500 people from 52 nationalities, about 85 partners, and is the firm's largest.
We did not find a formal mission statement. The firm describes its culture as creative, ambitious and forward-thinking, and its careers site calls it "supportive, collaborative, and full of opportunity". These are the firm's own words. Staff can join inclusion, green champion, social and volunteering committees, and the careers site says each team member gets two volunteering days a year.
The UK firm lists services in audit and assurance, tax, consulting, financial planning, corporate finance and deal advisory, and sustainability. Its London office has a client floor with an innovation lab. Its other UK offices are in Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Gloucester, Leeds, Leicester, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Newcastle, Nottingham, Poole and Sutton. For the 2026 intake it welcomed 268 trainees, including a record 93 school leavers, and it says it built a new school leaver programme with BPP, the professional education provider.
Early careers routes include a school leaver apprenticeship, graduate and postgraduate trainee roles, a paid five-week summer internship, a three-day paid work experience placement for Year 12 (S5 in Scotland) and an online work experience programme through Springpod. As at October 2026 the careers site says apprenticeships need GCSE Maths and English Language at grade 4/C plus 112 UCAS points from your best three Level 3 qualifications (for example A Levels or BTECs); graduate roles ask for a 2:1 degree. It says it considers socio-economic background. The qualification is fully funded, with paid study leave, a mentor, a buddy and a manager. Pay is described only as a competitive starting salary that rises as you pass exams. Hybrid working averages two to three days in the office a week. Applications are online, with an assessment, a video or phone interview and an in-person interview, and the next intake starts 6 September 2027.
