A London technology company that builds software to run private share sales, trading and record-keeping.
Globacap is a capital markets technology firm. It sells software, mostly under other firms' own names, that helps private company shares be issued, administered, transferred and settled, covering things that are normally slow and manual.
Co-founder and chief executive Myles Milston has said "We are bringing public markets-like infrastructure to private capital markets." We did not find a longer values statement.
Globacap is headquartered in London (Southampton Buildings, WC2A) according to a Built In London page, which lists 62 employees and a 2017 founding date. Our latest dated evidence is an October 2023 news article, and we found nothing from 2026.
The page we read has no culture or values section, and only names the chief executive. Its clients included the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and Instinet as at 2023.
We found no graduate scheme, internship, apprenticeship or vacancies, and the jobs page we found listed none. Check Globacap's website for roles.
