The UK arm of a global market research company, with a paid 12-month graduate programme for research executives in London.
Ipsos is a market research company. It finds out what people think, buy and want by running surveys and studies, then turns the answers into advice for brands, governments and other organisations. In the UK, it also researches things like brand tracking, creative testing and healthcare.
We did not find a formal mission statement. Ipsos says it is 'passionately curious about Society, Markets and People' and uses the tagline 'Game Changers'. It says it wants to give clients true understanding so they can decide faster and more boldly.
Ipsos is a global group with more than 16,000 full-time employees in over 90 countries, according to its own recruitment brochure. A job-site profile lists UK offices in London, Harrow and Birmingham. We did not find a UK-only headcount.
Ipsos lists five values: curiosity, client first, entrepreneurial spirit, collaboration and integrity. A 2026 job advert mentions flexible working, diversity networks called 'Belong', 25 days' holiday rising to 30, an extra birthday day off and paid days for learning and volunteering.
The 2026 Graduate Research Executive roles in London were part of Generation Ipsos, a 12-month graduate programme with training, a cohort of graduates and support towards the MRS Advanced Certificate. The Brand Tracking role paid £28,000 and needed the right to work in the UK. Applications closed on 7 August 2026 with a start date of 2 November, so check ipsos.com for the next round.
