About KKR UK

KKR is a global investment firm. It invests across private equity, credit and real assets such as real estate and infrastructure, and also offers capital markets and insurance services. Its people work as investors, analysts, in capital markets, finance and support teams.

KKR has no formal mission statement on the pages we read. Its careers page says "Through our investments, we aim to deliver shared success to those we serve and the world at large", and describes an "inclusive culture where collaboration is expected, and excellence is the standard". It says it has nine employee resource groups. These are KKR's own words.

KKR has a London office. A 2023 internship advert gave the address as 18 Hanover Square, London, W1S 1TA, and recent adverts for London roles show it is still recruiting there. We could not confirm that this is still the current address, so check KKR's locations page.

We did not find independent information on what the London office is like to work in. KKR's own student careers page describes training and experiences "to help individuals develop their skills and realize their full potential".

KKR's global student programmes are a Summer Analyst Program, an MBA Internship Program and a Full Time Analyst Program, but the student page we read does not say which run in London. The London evidence we found is for real estate: a six-month Real Estate Internship in London for 2027 asked for fluent German and English, a strong academic record and interest in real estate, and its listed deadline was 16 October 2026, so it has closed. An earlier six-month London Real Estate Internship started between March and June 2023, and a third-party site lists a London Real Estate Credit internship for 2026. KKR also lists an Early Careers Talent Community for people with 1 to 5 years of experience. Pay was not stated, so check the KKR careers site for the next round.
