Kubrick Group is a data and AI consultancy. It works with clients in areas such as financial services, insurance, pharmaceuticals, energy, retail and healthcare, and it helps people with no relevant skills or experience move into data and AI.

Its stated mission is to 'transform both organisations and the careers of the people we hire'.

Its page names a central London office, five minutes from St Paul's, and says its clients are across the UK. We did not find a UK headcount.

Kubrick lists five values: Innovation over Complacency, Diversity over Homogeneity, Adaptability over Inflexibility, Collaboration over Isolation and Evidence over Bias. It reports its workforce as 38 per cent female or non-binary, 15 per cent LGBTQ+ and 12 per cent neurodivergent.

The graduate scheme starts with 15 weeks of salaried training, then client project work. It asks for a 2:1 degree in any subject except Computer Science, the right to work in the UK, flexibility on location and a two-year commitment. A recent listing gave training pay of £24,500 pro rata and £32,250 on the first client project; that round closed on 31 August 2026 and the page says Kubrick is not currently hiring, so check kubrickgroup.com for future cohorts.
