Lantum

A London workforce platform that helps GP practices and hospitals schedule staff and find locum cover.

About Lantum

Lantum makes software that helps healthcare teams staff their services. Its Connected Scheduling platform combines a staff bank, a rota tool and a network of clinicians, so organisations can fill shifts and clinicians can pick the work that suits them.

Its careers page says the mission is to transform how healthcare organisations and their workforce work together, giving staff more control over when and how they work.

Lantum began in 2012 as Network Locum, founded by Melissa Morris, and was renamed Lantum in 2016. Its home is London, with a second office in Belfast according to a job-site profile. It says it serves over half of UK GP practices and over 30% of UK hospitals.

A 2021 article described a small, fast-growing team in Shoreditch. A job-site profile lists about 110 employees, though that figure may be out of date. We did not find a detailed culture description.

We found only one open role on its careers page when checked, and no graduate scheme, internship or apprenticeship. Check its Workable careers page for what is open now.
