Leading Resolutions is an independent consultancy that helps organisations with technology, data and AI projects. In plain terms, businesses hire it to plan big IT changes and make sure they actually deliver benefits. Its website says it supports clients from early planning through to delivery, and claims to cut delivery timeframes by about a third on average (its own figure).

The website says it has been “trusted by businesses for well over two decades” and that its team has held IT leadership roles in industry. It does not give a founding date or founder names. Pete Smyth is chief executive and Sheila Bryant chief operating officer. An investor announcement gives the location as Swindon; the website and government supplier page do not list offices. The firm is on the UK government's G-Cloud supplier list, and its website says it has around 300 experienced consultants (its own claim).

There is no formal mission statement, but the website sets out values. Independence: the firm says it is technology and vendor agnostic, with no commercial ties that would bias its advice. Ceaseless dedication to the client's success. And real-world experience: advice from former industry practitioners who stay with a project from idea to benefits.

Its services include data (governance, strategy and analytics), transformation and business change, technology strategy, AI readiness assessments, sourcing and vendor management, cyber and risk, advice on mergers and carve-outs, and an Intelligent Resourcing service that supplies interim and permanent specialists. Clients it names include Currys, The AA, Experian, EasyJet, Bupa Home, Avis, Drax, RSA, the National Trust, the NHS, Matalan, Travis Perkins and PRS for Music. For The AA it cites a client quote about reduced programme fees. The Financial Times has named it among the UK's Leading Management Consultants, which its CEO says it has been for six years in a row (2026).

Its careers page is headed “Work with the UK's Very Best Business Focused Technology Consultancy” and describes a pragmatic, delivery-focused culture; this is the firm's own description. The people it describes are experienced industry professionals, so roles may suit those with some experience. We did not find graduate schemes, internships, apprenticeships or entry requirements, so check its own careers page.
