About Matillion

Matillion makes low-code data integration software that helps teams bring together, enrich and sync data across cloud platforms. Its stated purpose is that Matillion technology turns every business into a data business.

It has dual headquarters in Manchester, UK, and Denver, Colorado. Its customers have included Slack, Cisco and DocuSign, and it won partner awards from Snowflake and Databricks in 2021.

Roles can be based in Manchester or worked remotely from across the UK or Ireland, with a flexible pattern. Matillion has also run a military-leavers technology placement programme.

It lists six values: confidence without arrogance, integrity, customer focus, innovation with a demand for quality, a bias for action, and care for its people and communities. A monthly equity, diversity and inclusion group and a quarterly equal-opportunities survey are mentioned on a careers write-up.

It suits someone who likes the engineering behind data: moving and cleaning data so analysts can use it.
