Modo Energy describes itself as a data platform for the energy transition. It builds benchmarking, forecasting and valuation tools that energy developers, operators and investors use to make decisions.

We did not find a formal mission statement. Its job page says it is "the data platform at the centre of it", meaning the move to cleaner energy, and describes a team motivated by the scale of its goals.

Modo was founded in 2019 and has more than 90 people across London, New York, Sydney and Madrid. Its advertised roles have been London-based, with office days Tuesday to Thursday and Monday and Friday flexible.

It does not list formal values. It describes an ambitious, collaborative team that expects customer-first thinking, resourcefulness and real ownership from day one, and offers equity to every employee.
