A work-based learning company that runs UK apprenticeships and upskilling in tech, data and AI for employers and learners.
Multiverse is a learning company that helps people build skills at work. It runs professional apprenticeships and training in areas such as software engineering, data and digital marketing, and it now focuses on helping workers use AI well.
Its UK impact report says it aims to "create a diverse group of future leaders" through apprenticeships. Its About page headline is "Equip the workforce to win in the AI era", and it says its belief is that technology should make humans smarter.
The company has a UK impact report and UK privacy policy, and a careers-listing site shows UK remote roles. We did not find a UK head office address or UK headcount on the pages we read.
A careers-guide profile says it is 56% women overall and that perks include a four-day compressed week, 25 to 30 or more days of holiday, a learning budget and a therapy budget. These are the company's own claims, so ask about them at interview.
Apprentices learn on the job and earn a salary while they train, with employers such as Jaguar Land Rover named as partners. We did not find ages, entry requirements or pay figures, so check the Multiverse careers and learner pages for current programmes.
