Nord Anglia Education runs a network of schools around the world. It describes itself as a family of 90+ premium schools, and its central support team (called Group Central Support) works behind the scenes to help those schools.
Its stated vision is to "shape a generation of creative and resilient global citizens who will change our world for the better." It also sets out five working behaviours called the EmpowerUs Framework: communicate with impact, collaborate with empathy, make considered decisions, embrace change, and drive growth.
Its global headquarters is at 160 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5LB. The London team covers Finance, Corporate Development, HR, IT, Legal, Marketing, Admissions and Communications, and Education. Most of its schools are outside the UK.
Nord Anglia says people can move up from entry level. One colleague started as a Teaching Assistant and became an Assistant Headteacher, and another began as a Corporate Development Analyst. It also offers leadership programmes and a Master's programme with King's College London for teaching and non-teaching staff.
