A London-based smart electric vehicle charger company whose chargers use software to charge at the cheapest, cleanest times.
Ohme builds smart home chargers for electric vehicles. It describes its product as an integrated hardware and software platform for the home EV charging market, and has sold chargers to consumers since mid-2019.
Its stated mission is to "accelerate the global transition to clean, affordable energy". It says it puts "the customer at the centre of everything it does" and that diversity, equity and inclusion are "at the heart of what we do".
Ohme's current UK job listings are based at its London office on The Strand, with hybrid working of three office days a week. It names partnerships with Volkswagen, Mercedes and Octopus Energy. A listing last modified on 6 August 2026 shows it is still hiring.
Ohme calls itself a fast-growing cleantech venture and a fast-paced scale-up. It lists private health insurance, a pension, life assurance and a cycle-to-work scheme. These are the company's own claims. We did not find the team size.
The Customer Operations Executive role asks for at least two years in customer support, so it is not an entry-level role. We found no graduate scheme, internship or apprenticeship on the pages we read. Look at its jobs page for current openings, and note that some roles need weekend rotas.
