There are several routes in. A Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship in Reading lasts 18 months from October 2026 and asks for five GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 including English and maths. An eight-week paid regulatory affairs summer placement (July to August 2026) was open to first or second-year life sciences undergraduates with no experience needed. Sanofi also lists industrial placements in areas like supply chain and marketing. Pay amounts were not stated.
