About Seeper

Seeper is a London-based immersive experience design studio and innovation lab. It designs immersive environments, interactive installations and large-scale experiences for cultural, entertainment and visitor-attraction venues, combining art, technology and human experience. In the past it has made projection shows that light up the front of buildings, interactive light installations and experiences for broadcasters. A Blooloop article says the studio has been listed in The Sunday Times 100, a ranking of Britain's fastest-growing private companies.

The studio was founded in 1997 by Evan Grant, according to Blooloop. Describing itself as a studio of "spatial storytellers", it works around what it calls the "Art and Science of Belonging" and puts the audience at the centre of its work. A 2015 article about the studio quoted its aim "to amaze and create a sense of awe and wonder". Earlier projects have included a Smiler roller coaster experience, BBC One's Christmas launch broadcast live on The One Show, and Titanic 100, a projection across six building facades that reached 60,000 people.

Seeper's base is London, with work carried out across the world. In the UK its projects include After Dark at the Castle in 2015, a light show at Lucy Tower in Lincoln Castle using an interactive laser grid, and Are You The One?, an atmospheric installation at Cobb Hall in Lincoln. More recently, Blooloop says it is working on a publicly funded cultural destination in the North East of England that is meant to combine learning, creativity and community, and on an entertainment destination in Saudi Arabia. Neither project could be named at the time of writing.

On people, Stuart McKenna is managing director, Scott Smith is chief finance officer, and Lauren Dyer joined as client growth director in March 2026. Leadership describes investing in its people and growing its team, but we found no headcount. The studio calls itself a collective of creators who work across art, advertising, education and live events, which suggests a team that moves between very different types of project.

Jobs at a studio like this include creative directors, designers, producers, project managers, interactive developers, projection and lighting specialists, sound designers, technicians, and business development and finance staff. It suits people interested in art, design, computing or events. The studio's own website is the place to see current projects and roles.
