A London-based careers platform that gives young people virtual work experience, skills tools and university course tasters.
Springpod offers virtual work experience for young people. It also runs micro internships, an interview skills tool, employability and digital skills modules, and university course trials.
Its social mission page describes the aim as closing the work experience gap for young people. A youth advisory board called The Future Makers helps shape the platform.
A company database lists its headquarters at Tower Bridge Road, London, and says it was founded in 2016. A news article calls it a UK provider and says more than 1.2 million young people have taken part. We did not find a headcount.
It works with employers such as Airbus, Rolls-Royce and Thales, and with UCAS and the Department for Education. In April 2026 it launched a national RAF programme, free and open to all young people.
For young people, the main route is using Springpod itself: its programmes are the work experience. We did not find its own graduate or internship jobs on the pages we read, so check the company site for hiring.
