Toothfairy

A London digital dentistry app that connects people to UK-registered dentists for photo or video consultations, prescriptions and aligners.

About Toothfairy

Toothfairy is a dental app. You upload a photo or video of your mouth, or chat with a dentist, and a UK-registered dentist gives a diagnosis and treatment plan. It also offers emergency support, clear aligners, whitening and prescriptions, and is adding AI tools such as smile previews.

Its stated mission is "to deliver an unparalleled customer experience by creating positive emotional connections between patients and dentistry". Founder Dr Deepak Singh Aulak, a dentist, describes it as "a Fitbit for your teeth", aiming at early detection and prevention.

It is London-based (jobs-site profile) and works with UK employers who offer it as a staff benefit. Its founder was born in Wolverhampton and lives in London. A 2024 article said Toothfairy was founded in 2019.

A jobs-site profile lists 21 to 100 employees; a 2024 article said about 30. On AI, its chief executive is quoted as being cautious: "If the data's biased, the AI will be too."

We found no graduate scheme or internship details. As dentistry needs a degree, the clearest route is dental training; non-clinical roles in tech and customer care may suit other graduates. Check its careers page.
