TympaHealth

A UK ear and hearing health company that equips community pharmacies and clinics to check ears, remove wax and test hearing with specialist support.

About TympaHealth

TympaHealth provides a digital system for ear and hearing care. Trained staff in community pharmacies and clinics take digital images of the ear, remove earwax by microsuction and run hearing tests, and can share images with specialists for complex cases.

Founder and chief executive Dr Krishan Ramdoo says: "Our goal is to make ear and hearing healthcare easily accessible to everybody, on a global scale" (2023).

In the UK, a pilot with NHS South West London began in September 2022 across 20 pharmacies, and reported over 5,000 ear checks and 4,000 microsuction procedures. Another pilot ran in Camden. A 2023 press release was datelined London and Miami, and a 2025 conference listing shows the company still presenting in the UK. We did not find an office address.

Named partners include Bupa and the NHS. The pages we read did not describe culture or headcount.

We found no graduate or apprenticeship schemes. The work links to pharmacy and audiology careers, so a pharmacy or hearing-care route is the clearest way in. Check TympaHealth's own site for roles.
